About the role

We are inviting an experienced writer to join the team. The writer would collaborate with Madeo’s creative director, content strategists, and client team members on producing the written content for website projects, campaigns, and brand work.

Written content can range across messaging, copywriting, editorial, and long form articles. Through your partnership with a number of clients, you would get to write for a wide range of meaningful social issues. Our clients focus on social & racial justice, gender, education, immigration and refugees, climate change, and other pressing issues that we believe are worth investing in. Minimum qualifications

You have worked on at least 3 past website projects for different organizations
You have relevant samples of editorial writing
Demonstrated experience or genuine interest with social impact related projects, with a focus on nonprofits, philanthropy, impact investing or similar
You enjoy presenting and discussing your choices directly with clients and other team members
This is a full-time position but can be adjusted to be part-time if needed
We are working remotely, mostly in EST timezone
If you have and want to work on other related skills and interests across social media, Email, content management, and content strategy, would be considered a big plus.
