Responsibilities:

Manage the internal and external recruitment processes using a variety of sources and methods: internet advertising, job fairs, direct sourcing, etc
Maintain thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures, communication of all relevant information to new hires and returning employees
Assess needs and determine successful candidate profiles by working with department managers
Generate weekly staffing reports, while adhering to all staffing deadlines as defined by the NTC HR Manager
Assist with the distribution of credential badges and uniforms
Assist employees with the onboarding process
Work with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs have been met in a timely manner
Develop and maintain existing relationships with Queens-area community organizations, as well as local military and law enforcement
Conduct weekly meetings with hiring managers
