Toowoomba Full-time Administration Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Full-time Administration Assistant who has advanced Excel and spreadsheet experience to join our team at the Tentworld Head Office in Wilsonton, Toowoomba.

This role will see you working as part of a small dynamic team, supporting both our head office team & retail stores across Australia.

The successful applicant for this position must be available to work Monday to Friday, have a high level of attention to detail, advanced Excel & spreadsheet skills, a high level of computer literacy and excellent communication skills.

The Key to the position will be supporting the Buying team in all things administrative, including but not limited to:

Requirements

Advanced Excel experience, formula knowledge is required
Liaising with suppliers and other departments of the business in a professional manner via phone and email
Use and develop advanced spreadsheets (Excel, Open Office Calc or Gsheets)
Data consolidation, verification and data entry skills

An ability to demonstrate competencies in these key areas will be required.
