This is an Australian-owned Fashion Retailer with two brands under their banner and they are in growth mode.

Just this month, they would have added three new stores to the network.

What we need:

The driver of customer service in the store
Engaging and warm with both team and customers
Understand KPI’s and sales budgets/targets
Community focused and how to develop business in your space
Build loyalty within the business and the community

Skills desired:

Ability to manage and lead a small team
Work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with no late nights
Working knowledge of rosters, Visual Merchandising, Wages, Stock Control and all other aspects of running a successful retail environment
