Due to the increasing role and importance of evolving technology systems in delivering services to clients we are seeking a General Manager with suitable experience in implementing and managing digital technology platforms and solutions.

Your new organisation 

Our client is a leader in the Digital Marketing and Technical Services agency established in 2008.  The main core services are SMB Market’ and due to growth looking to expand into the Corporate sector via developing Sales and Account management processes for the Corporate Market via way of tender and strategic relationship building.

Based in Victoria, Covid was a serious growth phase for the business turbocharging its growth with momentum and positivity via way of solution-orientated methodology solving clients requests and guiding them further into the digital age.

Your new role

Your commitment to being an effective leader will enable you to work with your team to deliver a streamlined operational structure that delivers the highest level of customer service standards. 

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, which includes the team, processes and ensuring the business meets its key internal and customer-related targets and KPIs. Delegating dispute resolution, managing account manager KPI,s 

The role will work closely with the owners and will be pivotal in innovatively implementing the growth strategy within Australia and Asia and then the northern hemisphere in conjunction with driving a positive workplace culture. This is a hands-on and multidimensional leadership role that requires practical solution development and leading the way in a can-do business.

About you:

Essential

  • Experienced, measured and proven-effective leader
  • Demonstrated collaborative leadership skills
  • Experience in developing, implementing and / or managing IT-driven platform and solutions
  • Experience in B2B services preferably Digital or I.T.
  • Process mapping experience
  • Quick decision making skills
  • Experience managing the multiple facets of a business’s operations
  • Strong financial management acumen
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to motivate other managers and keep them responsible.
  • The skill and passion to effectively lead change.

Desirable

  • Relevant tertiary qualification is highly regarded
  • Real life experience in growing a SME
