About the Role

After an incredibly busy and successful first year, we’re keen to expand our business and are looking for a dedicated Consultant who can help to grow and manage our Temporary Division. You’ll have the opportunity to further develop our existing client base and while we’ll provide ongoing training and will support you fully, you’ll also have the opportunity to take ownership and manage the division like it’s your own. Responsibilities will include:

Writing and screening job advertisements
End to end recruitment
Maintaining an active pool of available candidates
Liaising with clients to fill temporary job briefs
Ongoing business development, networking and relationship building
Day to day management of a temporary workforce

About You

Ideally, we’re looking for an energetic and experienced Temp Recruiter who can hit the ground running and really own the role from day one. We’ll provide ongoing training and full support but relationships are the nature of our business, so exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport, pick up the phone and engage with people of all levels are essential. We’re not sales people but you’ll consult with clients on a daily basis, so the need to work autonomously and help problem solve are also key.
