The role will be responsible in three key areas which are global project delivery for company wise, mainly in retail(store) area (30%), New store opening IT project management (30%), Overall ITSM management. (40%)
Initially, this role is based in Singapore and mainly for SIngapore Uniqlo business.
Global project delivery
• Co-operate local business team and global IT team to plan the project for Singapore
• Manage cost /schedule /vendor and lead the local team to deliver the solution from global seamlessly
• Organize and plan project tasks and schedules in detail and keep tracking, make sure all tasks are finished on time, and report to stakeholders and management team in a timely manner
• Work with global IT and local business team to test the solution and help the local team to understand the whole business process
• Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities
• Keep tracking the project KPI meet our original plan and identify issues on behalf of the business team and bring requirement to GHQ IT
• Drive changes and lead the changes to be happening based on local business
New store opening
• Cooperate with store development /store design and store support team to schedule new store
• Prepare budget and plan IT tasks accordingly
• Manage local vendor to set up all systems including software and network on time
• Secure no critical issues on go-live day
IT service management
• Monitoring and managing IT services desk team, and VIP support functions to ensure optimal service
• Maintaining high-performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
• Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
• Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
• Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
• Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting business user’s expectations, and driving future demand
• Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
Requirements:
• Above 6 years of IT experience at least 2 years of IT project experience
• Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills
• Knowledge of retail solutions such as POS is Plus
• Hands-on Network skill is an advantage
• Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Certifications and specific skillset:
• A bachelor’s degree in project management, computer science, informational technology, or related fields may be recommended
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as DACI and best practices
