Employment: Full Time

? Responsible for handling a full cycle import and export documentation
? Check all incoming transactions – documents of shipping line, BL in ICL internal software for manifest, printing form EDI IGM up to updates on HAZ excel sheet
? Arrange DPD+CFS movement
? Send hard copies to vessel operator thru surveyor and all soft copies to shipping lines
? Coordinate with overseas agents (MBL & HBL copy with TDR), consignees in order to make freight bills and release delivery orders and booking with shipping lines
? Release HBL & Liner BL
? Make line payments and prepare customer’s invoice on exports

Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A newly opened Dubai branch for an Asian shipping company, serving both ocean and in-land logistics activities with NVOCC operations

Qualifications:
? Open to Asian and Arabic nationality
? 40 years old and below
? At least 3 years of experience in the same role from NVOCC or shipping and logistics industry
? Candidates that can join immediately will be prioritized
