Sales Manager

You are responsible for DuPont’s Liveo™ in healthcare and MOLYKOTE™ in specialty lubricant portfolios in Australia & New Zealand. You are a proven sales leader who is result-driven and strategic in planning and execution. You are a strong collaborator working with regional and global teams. You are well connected in the healthcare or specialty lubricant industry. You are well experienced in both Australia and New Zealand market. 


  • Develop and execute ANZ Sales Development plan aligning with Regional Market leader and Sales Leader
  • Enhance our position and sales with key accounts located in the region
  • Map out leading & relevant value chain players & key influencers for the region
  • Identify target customers and prospects to grow opportunity pipeline
  • Manage sales channel effectively with goal setting under strong influence
  • Monitor competition and share market intelligence with Marketer and Sales Leader for timely and effectively response
  • Represent the voice of Healthcare and Molykote business in ANZ internally & externally, and influence regional stakeholders
  • Active participation in regional sales meeting and periodical marketing meetings​


  • Business Degree; any Pharmaceutical or Healthcare-related background is preferred
  • Healthcare, food, pharmaceutical or medical industry experience is preferred
  • Industrial knowledge and experience with specialty lubricants will be an added advantage
  • Experience in key account management, sales management and business development
  • High motivation and capability on sales development and distributor management
  • A passion for the customers & positive attitude with drive-for-results & owner mindset
  • Committed to meet/exceed profit objectives
  • Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills across a broader variety of functions
  • Able to work independently, but can work as a team player
  • Have a good sense of business and financial acumen
