We are looking for a Sales and Admin Coordinator. Must have strong listening and verbal communication skills. Resourceful and solutions focused. Capable of multitasking, prioritizing and organizing. Excellent attention to detail. We’re looking to bring on several new clients before the holiday season and we need a rockstar to help us do that!
You will be:
-Helping create sales pitches with creative copy
-Researching potential clients and finding key contacts
-Setting up virtual meetings with local retail owners
-Creating presentations to submit to brands
-Hit monthly sales goals
-You effectively manages your time, follows up, and is result driven
-Finds creative ways for partnership outreach
-Excited about managing customer experience
-Submitting to grants for funding
-Managing social media accounts
What experience should you have?
-1-2 years of sales experience
-Worked in fashion, beauty or wellness is a bonus
-Creative Writing skills
-Be familiar with Canva or Adobe Photoshop
-Have used G-suite
-Have a laptop/computer
-Be available for a weekly meeting
-A motivated and ambitious attitude and will do whatever it takes to win
-Strong instincts in how to be strategic in leading client-facing conversations
-The ability to move the conversation in a mutually beneficial direction
-The desire and ability to learn and excel
