- Provides customer service to all customers with complete service and in an enjoyable shopping experience to maximize sales. • Ensuring that allocated department is presented to company brand standards. • Stock loss risks are absolutely minimized, watching customers in the risk areas, fitting rooms/shop floor. • Gives continuous attention to display / floor areas to improve presentation standards and sales, and takes necessary action within store manager’s guidelines. • Processes deliveries and stock transfers in an efficient manner in line with company procedures. Replenish department’s size for size in a timely manner • Assists across all activities in reducing stock loss by observing all company procedures, including correct utilization of security equipment, vigilance to all areas of risk.
• At least 1 year experience in sales • Highly motivated and a team player • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels especially with external customers • Team Building Skills • Target Oriented • Presentable & Good Communication
