We’re looking for experienced Roster Coordinators to join our team  If you love liaising with clients and support workers and know your way around a rostering system we have a role for you!

A day in the life (no two days are the same!) but some key responsibilities include;

Schedule and roster Support Workers and balance rosters to ensure quality service provision to customers

Ensure that all services are provided in accordance with Customer Care Plans

Provide clear communication to support staff providing customer care services

Deal with customer and carers’ enquiries regarding their support and services

Maintain the integrity of data within management systems to ensure accurate rostering

Our ‘must haves’

  • A genuine passion to make a difference
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Current Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions

 Our ‘nice to haves’

  • Provide First Aid certificate – less than 12 months old (we can help you here)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • A positive attitude (makes a huge difference!)
