Recruiting Coordinator (Finance)

About the Role:

To manage the onboarding process for new starters within Corporate and the interns, support the team with recruitment coordination across Corporate, ensuring consistent processes and practice are followed. The role must ensure the coordination of recruitment activity is fully covered and under control at all times.

Essential for the role is clear and concise communication skills and an eye for detail. In the role the individual will build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and external agencies. This will require the approach and level of engagement to be suitable for the audience. The Coordinator will show initiative and adaptability while maintaining structured processes and procedures.


  • Process onboarding and off boarding of contingent workers (contractors)
  • Manage and maintain relevant trackers for contingent workers and their assignment details
  • Initiating screening process
  • Hosting HR inductions
  • Point of contact for different teams and stakeholders (i.e. recruitment, payroll, agencies etc.)
  • Data entry on dedicated HR systems
  • Initiate and implement improvements to systems and processes
  • Manage the Contractors annual furlough process
  • Update process maps and guides as changes occur
  • Main point of contact between the business and vendors (agencies) for contingent workforce
  • Complete all daily, weekly and monthly tasks in line with company process and procedures
  • Supporting ad hoc projects supporting the wider Resourcing/Recruitment team
  • Generating specific contracts (Direct, Agency, PAYE)
  • Reporting
  • Managing and coordinating the on-boarding & off-boarding processes for interns:
  • Generating contracts and offer letters
  • Initiating screening process
  • Hosting HR inductions
  • Processing contract extensions
  • Point of contact for different teams and stakeholders (i.e. recruitment, payroll etc.)
  • Data entry on dedicated HR systems
  • Work in partnership with the graduate recruitment and programme teams to ensure a seamless end to end onboarding process
  • Answer all contractor queries relating to itime timesheets
  • Provide extensive query management to all stakeholders, including the candidates and internal clients
  • Processing queries from UK HR Data Team
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment administration processes
  • Ensure correct data is input and maintained in the ATS and the HR system
  • To work to set time frames for daily and weekly deadlines and have attention to detail
  • Complete scheduled audits of data, systems and files on time and highlight any issues to the Team Leader
  • Ensure expert knowledge of the recruitment process and legislation surrounding recruitment such as AWR
  • Understand the Recruiter’s role and offer additional administration support
  • Ensure correct data is maintained in Recruitment Systems and paper files through regular auditing and archiving
  • Gain a strong understanding of the RS Remit within the client and work as an active team player in the team in achieving objectives and exceeding expectations
  • Understanding of and work to all SLAs pertaining to the role
  • Ad hoc projects
