Your Opportunity

SHINE Inspire Achieve Belong Inc has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager who is passionate about supporting young girls and women in the Midwest.

SHINE Inspire Achieve Belong is a not-for-profit Incorporated Association based in Geraldton Western Australia.

The SHINE program supports, educates and empowers young women and girls with the life skills and tools to ensure their future is in their hands. Education is seen as a vital pathway to a positive future and SHINE works with schools to engage female students in a program that supports their well-being and builds their resilience.

The Program Manager is accountable for program management and reporting, and the support and supervision of four staff in Geraldton.

SELECTION CRITERIA

SHINE is seeking a person who can demonstrate the following:

Relevant degree with experience or associate diploma with substantial experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a complex program delivery setting
Demonstrated ability to deliver program outcomes on time and in compliance with funding requirements
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
Previous experience in budget and financial management
A Current Driver’s Licence
A personal alignment with the values of SHINE Inspire Achieve Belong Inc
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated interest in community and social outcomes
Understanding of the social and economic issues faced by girls and women in regional WA

Key responsibilities of role:

Providing support and supervision to SHINE Facilitators
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the local community
Ensure the quality of the SHINE Program

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
