Overview: Value(s) Management and Investing (VMI) is a corporate consulting firm affiliated with a large national law firm. We are looking for an Operations Administrator who will hold a dual role as special assistant to the CEO and COO.

What you will be doing_
Our ideal candidate will help run the operations side of the business and work closely with the CEO and COO. The core responsibilities include a range of administrative duties, but regular activities will include broader professional tasks and projects. Examples of regular duties include travel planning, information organization, calendar management, meeting and event execution, communications, and research. Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, project management, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with hiring processes. The candidate should be comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications: Skills, approach, and abilities
The individual will need to be efficient and able to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities with excellent attention to detail. A high level of computer literacy is a necessity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good judgement paired with a willingness to take initiative and act independently when things need to get done. In addition, the role requires superb social skills that enable interaction with people from a wide array of backgrounds. We expect all of our personnel to act with a high degree of integrity and responsibility suitable to even sensitive matters.
