We need an ‘administrator rockstar’ to join us to primarily assist our clients to value, find or sell their shares and handle office administration and data entry for our West Perth team.  As a key member of the growing DigitalX crew, you genuinely care about providing awesome service so our clients enjoy a positive experience when doing business with us.  We offer a great working environment where you can progress your career in a rapidly evolving industry – and in a company that’s growing.  And you’re not expected to know everything about shares / share trading to apply for this role – we will give you training and as an online digital business, client interactions are by phone, email or website enquiries.

You will need to be prepared to:

  • take personal ownership and pride in delivering successful outcomes for our clients
  • handle incoming requests via emails, chats (website) or phone calls
  • lodge new share sales for clients and manage those sales to completion, which may include some outbound calls from time-to-time (not cold-calling)
  • take part optimising and improving the customer support processes wherever possible
  • be the company’s “ear to clients” listening for, and keeping track of, product development ideas
  • handle administration and office management for our West Perth team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring your experience from working in a busy office administration environment, be comfortable in handling incoming customer requests, responding to emails and phone queries, be willing to learn new skills, have great attention to detail and naturally demonstrate exceptional positive customer service through all communication with our clients.  You will be comfortable composing emails, using websites and web applications and have good Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe PDF skills.

This is a full time position (8 hours per day), where we need you to be able to start work at 7.00am in the summer months and at 8.00am in the winter (as we follow the ASX time zone of AEST/AEDT).  You may be required to work on WA Public Holidays when the ASX is open/trading, with flexibility to take equivalent time off when the ASX is closed.  You will be required to provide a current National Police Clearance certificate.
