Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/ Surveying Works in construction firm
PC Literate (MS word / Excel)
5 1/2 day week (alt. Sat.)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties
Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers
Able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation
Evaluate Contract/ Sub-Contract works
Carry out other Contracts Administration activities

Located near Novena MRT Station
