Office Administrator
Requirements
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Previous Australian based bookkeeping/accounts experience in Xero (desirable but not essential)
- Experience with simPRO (desirable, but not a must, as training is provided)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Data entry
- Business administration
- Perform office all-rounder duties
- Answer phones
- General secretarial and administrative support
- Prepare Business Activity Statements/Instalment Activity Statements
- Manage Reception, mail, couriers, phone calls, etc.
- Monthly debtors reports and maintaining executive diary; attending executive/organizational meetings and taking minutes
- Job creation/scheduling
- Raise and receipt purchase orders for stock
- Bookkeeping, invoicing
- Accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- Data entry, reporting, and overall paperwork
- Prepare sales, pay, and cash journals
- Financial, tax schedules, calculating costings and/or wage and salary requirements
