Due to enormous growth throughout NSW, Metricon are seeking high performing and successful Salespeople to work in the ACT & Surrounding Areas!

This is a highly rewarding and challenging role operating from one of Metricon’s beautifully presented display centres!

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Meeting and greeting prospects/customers as they walk through our Display Home;
Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders;
Providing customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations;
Working closely with our customers to design their dream home;
Converting leads into sales;
Opening and closing our Display Homes, maintaining their cleanliness and promotional material; and
Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers, and local community providers.

Metricon will offer you:

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in New Homes Sales a benefit, but not a must;
A minimum of 2 years sales (in other industries) and/or customer service experience;
A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities;
Exceptional networking & customer service skills;
Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities; and
Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
