Job Summary :

Responsible for auditing, balancing and verifying the summary of daily transactions in the Resort and preparing reports in accordance with Finance Policy and Procedures.

Responsibilities :

Audit daily sales report, room statistics report and general cashier report. Audit F&B void items and discount summary. Audit miscellaneous vouchers and allowance vouchers. Audit A/R Reconciliation.
Audit rooms, Food & Beverage and other revenue and tally with all settlement daily.
Audit all allowance vouchers, paid out vouchers and miscellaneous charge vouchers to ensure proper approval guidelines are followed.
Audit and review Rate Discrepancy Report and Housekeeping Discrepancy Report from Front Office. Follow up on any discrepancies.
Print Void Exception Report daily for F&B Manager to approve submission.
Complete the cash sales for Rooms & F&B cashiers in General Cashier report for Senior Accountant approval.
Audit credit card and prepare AR reconciliation summary.
Audit and ensure OC & ENT are checked and signed.
Audit all billing instructions in Banquet Event Order (BEO) and verify with Sales if in doubt. Investigate discrepancies.
Upon receiving request forms approved by GM, prepare purchased and or complimentary gift vouchers accordingly. Maintain a record of request with supporting documents on adhoc basis.
Prepare Daily Sales Report, Rooms Stats, F&B Daily Report for daily distribution to relevant corporate office & HODs.

Job Requirements :

Basic working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and hotel systems.
Effective interpersonal skills.

Qualifications :

LCCI/Accounting qualification.
3 years of Accounts experience.
Hospitality industry experience preferred.
