About you:  You enjoy a fast paced, stimulating, working environment where you can grow and develop personally and professionally. You want every day to be different and to challenge you to be your best. You may have experience as a with Workcover activities, but this is not essential.

Your day may include:

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding new team members by liaising with the wider team.
  • Assisting team members identify and accurately reflect award categories for those in our labour hire.
  • Assisting with compliance activities across all areas of the organisation. 
  • Managing the HR activities calendar 
  • Processing all documentation required for people movements and activities within the whole team across the entire APAC region.
  • Administering the internal HRIS ensuring documentation (both electronic and physical) are kept up-to-date and accurate. 
  • Assist with and action internal requests across the whole lifecycle of HR 
  • Administering Workcover activities including processing new claims and assisting people return to work.

Your Necessary Skills:

  • Experience in a similar fast paced HR Role
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Work Health and Safety, or other related field, or relevant experience 
  • Strong understanding of workplace legislation and relevant awards
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing human resource data
  • Ability to work independently and learn quickly 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written 
  • Highly proficient in the suite of Microsoft Products.

Your Nice Extra Skills:

  • Understanding of Australian workplace and health and safety legislation
  • Experience as a return to work coordinator 
  • Experience with HRIS
  • International HR experience
