HR Program Manager

With us you will be responsible to…
- Conduct needs assessments and design, organize, develop, administer and manage activities as per established goals
- Maintain and enhance existing programs; collaborate with managers to diagnose and resolve issues most simply and effectively
- Identify issues and possible resolutions, and pursue all necessary follow-up on key project tasks
- Act as an advisor to HR leadership team and HR staff on project management tools, best practices, and applicable standards
- Recommend options to adjust project priorities to optimize resources
- Support HR teams by identifying and sharing tools, resources, and best practices for different HR programs
- Draft communications, reports, and/or presentations and should proactively identify prospective value-adding initiatives for the HR team
- Create and deliver HR programs and initiatives, and offerings to a range of internal stakeholders, guided by relevant metrics to enhance Vodafone’s work environment
- Solicit for and select vendors, negotiate contracts, evaluate performance, and manage ongoing service relationships to optimize productivity
- Provide specialized research, data analytics, and reporting to CHRO and HR leadership team to evaluate performance and informed decision making
Skills
Apply if you have…
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Human Resources from a reputed university
- Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting or human resource management or project management or business operations preferably in a technology company
- Experience of working either directly or indirectly with consultancy firms
- A formal qualification/certification in project management
- Proficiency in Arabic language would be an advantage
