Full Job Description

As a member of our HR Operations team, you will have an immediate impact on the NFL Employee and Candidate Experience by supporting the full lifecycle of employee processes. You will participate in recruiting and candidate experience, from posting open requisitions, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and on-boarding new hires, and you will serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, from their first day through off-boarding and all employee events in between. This role will also provide broad support for day-to-day human resources activities.
Responsibilities

  • Serves as a primary contact for all questions and issues regarding HR related policies, procedures and systems, including but not limited to Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Performance, and Offboarding
  • Provide a consistent and positive candidate and employee experience
  • Process HR transactions including new hires, rehires, transfers, leaves of absence, terminations, personal data changes, and other complicated system transactions
  • Support the talent acquisition processes by posting job requisitions, managing the candidate experience, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding activities
  • Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, security and timely maintenance of HR data
  • Assists in creation and maintenance of policies, procedures and FAQ’s
  • Maintain employee files, verify I-9’s and ensure other new hire paperwork is completed as necessary
  • Facilitate new hire orientation
  • Maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams as necessary, including Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Security, and IT
  • Support special projects, from tactical to strategic, as needed
  • Performs related duties as required

Requirements

  • General understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR transactions
  • Experience working with Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting a plus
  • Experience working with Service Now or other case management tools a plus
  • Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrate organization, communication, and accuracy in all work assigned
  • Detail-oriented and deadline driven
  • Ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information
  • Enjoys helping others while maintaining a customer service approach and positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills, both via email and phone
  • Ability to think quickly and problem solve resourcefully
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Ability to work independently

Expected Hours of Work

  • This position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week
