Job Description

Publicis Sapient is searching for an HR Operations Specialist to focus on People Strategy Operations (within the “People Shared Services” function) to join our North America team. This role will partner closely with People Strategists (HR Business Partners) and global People Shared Services teams and be client-facing to business leaders and individuals across the organization. The Sr. Associate is responsible for the people experience and operations within a particular Industry and/or Capability Group – working under the supervision of People Shared Services and taking day-to-day direction from the People Strategy team.

Your Impact:

  • Support operational functions of the People Strategy domain– such as Performance Management, Career Development “Enabling Your Potential”, Total Rewards Management, Mobility (Relocation & Immigration) Support, Analytics & Trends, Reporting, Talent Engagement & Inclusion
  • Responsibilities include owning tracks within the lifecycle experience such as Immigration and Relocation, supporting company-wide programs like Promotions, and collaborating on projects like Engagement Surveys, Data Integrity, and Covid-19 response
  • Balance a mix of day to day operations, programmatic initiatives, and projects
  • Excellence in operations and experience – maintain a focus on policy, process, tools, data as well as people experience and outcomes
  • Make an impact within your Industry/Capability group and add value to the broader company and People Success team


Your Skills & Experience:

  • Human Resources experience
  • Strong client/customer service skills and ability to partner with clients and internal teams
  • High attention to detail and analytical capabilities
  • Competency in process improvements, using tools for automation as well as implementing fixes in broken processes
  • Excellent computer skills – advanced Excel Skills, Microsoft Office Suite, and HRIS systems experience
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to help facilitate process improvements and change management
  • Stakeholder and project management experience
  • Experience managing scope of work that includes daily responsibility and short, medium, long term project responsibilities
  • Ability to take direction from multiple sources and prioritize accordingly in fast pasted, matrixed organization
  • Ability to report, analyze, and summarize data for stakeholders and leadership
  • Ability to effectively and amiably present information and respond to questions from Publicis Sapient people
  • Exercises judgment and demonstrates competency when handling difficult conversations and sensitive material
  • Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables of moderately complex scope
  • Ability to address issues proactively and constructively with direct management and team members
  • Ability to build relationships with remote stakeholders and teammates across multiple locations and time zones
  • Exercises judgment based on experience and expertise for tracks within the scope without oversight from managers
