HR Administration Assistant
We are currently seeking two HR administration assistants in a part-time capacity to join our busy team. Reporting directly to the Human Resource Business Partner the Administration Assistant is responsible for performing administration functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department and farm operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Switchboard operation
- Greet and direct farm visitors
- Database maintenance
- Procurement of office and farm supplies
- Purchase order generation & receipting
- Coordinate employee events
- Administrative support to leadership team
- Assist with recruitment administration
- Other HR administration and related duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Current drivers licence
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft suite
- Strong customer service focus
- High attention to detail
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organisational and time management skills
This role will suit someone who is able to work autonomously with a high attention to detail, demonstrated innovative and a strong customer focus.
