HR Admin Assistant
Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Handle full spectrum of HR duties
2. Responsible for upkeeping and maintaining all workers personal and training records
3. Work passes application, issuance, renewal and cancellation through WP Online System
4. Liaise on foreign workers’ dormitory
5. Handle workers medical & WIC insurances and work injury claim matters
6. Maintain accurate HR database and update employee record in the HR software
7. Assist with apply of safe travel pass, booking COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival in Singapore and Pre-Departure Test
8. Coordination of flight bookings, hotel accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
9. Handle recruitment process including screening, interviewing and selection
10. Update and check timesheets records for staff and workers
11. Process monthly payroll
12. Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the superior
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
2. A multi-tasker and learner with self-motivation and integrity
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to think critically and work independently with minimal supervision
5. Preferably candidate who can commence work immediately
Other
1. Working Day: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
