Team Purpose:Payroll Team is responsible for payment of renumeration to all client employees ,accurately and timely across multiple Geographies. The operations comprise both Inhouse and Outsource Payroll operations for over 40,000 employees.
Role Description:

  • Will be responsible to lead Payroll Operations. These core delivery areas are :
  • Pre Payroll
  • Payroll time – Admin and Time Management
  • Tax Processing and Admin
  • Payroll Processing
  • Incumbent must have solid experience in running Multiple GU Payroll operations. Exposure to Australian Payroll Operations is preferred.
  • Incumbent should have exposure Experience in managing payroll for an employee base of > 10,000 people
  • Should have led team that manage either Pre payroll, Post payroll.
  • Should have good experience in managing, running and instituting Payroll Controls in large set up.
  • Should have had excellent hand’s on experience in running Month end , Year closures and reporting.
  • Should be abreast with latest technology in the Payroll space and should be able to roll out automation as required by the Operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 15 years of experience in managing start to end payroll processing
  • Must have at least 8 years of experience as Payroll Manager
  • Must have an experience in Multi-country payroll
  • Must have fair understanding in TAX and Pension Admin processing
  • Must have knowledge of pre-payroll, post-payroll transactions and reporting
  • Good experience in running large set of HR Operations
  • Must be willing to work in Manila Philippines
