Job Description

Your role: Looking to engage with candidates who carry a strong commercial and marketing background in the branded consumer business. You would own the development and deployment of business strategy, drive the strategic growth and be accountable for overall performance. Managing stakeholders, you would look at enhancing profitability and creating an organization about sustainable growth. Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement. Identify and add in value-added products to the portfolio, new channels and markets for growth.

For the first level of shortlisting, you need to bring the following to the table-

Experience in being accountable for top and bottom-line growth.

Have been a part of a significant business that went through commercial transformation/reshaping of RTM in the last 5-6 years.

Have a track record in delivering significant EBITA and delivering on operating working capital improvement.

Building capability and ensuring that the employee engagement score is moving towards the north star.

Skills

Must-Have:

18+ Years of overall work experience with at least 5 years of experience in managing P&L in the FMCG industry. Preference for candidates with some exposure to overseeing manufacturing operations at some stage in your career. Saudi market experience should be either current or within the last 5-6 years.
