Position: The Finance Analyst will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Risk Officer (CFO & CRO) on a variety of bespoke projects and initiatives in connection with developing information and analysis to help the Firm achieve its goals and objectives. This Analyst will gain diverse experience playing an important role under the direction of the CFO & CRO, research and analysis, producing presentation materials, and supporting project coordination and management. This role requires a proactive, detail oriented and highly organized individual who displays excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Perform research and analysis related to various projects that fall within the scope of all business units that report to the CFO & CRO
  • Prepare presentations and reports to be used by key stakeholders
  • Conduct financial and other business-related research
  • Coordinate complex and often time-sensitive processes
  • Perform Ad Hoc requests to support management decision-making


  • 1 year of corporate work experience, preferably in financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics preferred


  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to create detailed materials and reports appropriate for a sophisticated audience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with multiple levels of staff and senior leadership
  • Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters
  • Ability to do financial modeling
  • Ability to assist in development of high-quality financial presentations
