We are looking for a Property Manager to join our growing office in Glen Waverley.

WORK FROM HOME 1 DAY PER WEEK

Aspects of the role –

• The management of a quality portfolio of properties (approximately 130-150)
• Liaising with both Tenants & Landlords.
• Handling Repairs & Maintenance.
• Arrears Control & Rent Reviews.

Ideally, you will have:

•  Experience in property management.

•  Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

•  Drivers license.

•  A current real estate certificate or license.

Most importantly you will have a proactive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and contribute to our team.
