Job Description

You will support the Manager, Organisation Planning and Performance in developing strategic work plans and directives, and assist in the strategic planning and performance review process. This includes but not limited to the balance scorecard and key performance indicators. You will also identify opportunities for collaboration across departments and members of the healthcare fraternity in strategic operation functions/services, to maximize shared knowledge and resources.

In addition, you will be involved in data and information management aspect such as collating and analysing data and performance information for management’s decisions and strategic planning activities. You will also compile non-financial statistics, prepare market trend analysis and market share reports for analysis. You will also provide administrative support and coordination to projects that support strategic operation enhancement activities.

Job Requirements

Degree in Business Administration or relevant field with 2 years of relevant experience
Meticulous with good analytical, problem solving and follow up skills
Ability to write well and multi-task
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Committed, team player and people-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
