Employee Relations Assistant Manager

Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end process of internal workplace investigation on matters such as employee’s grievances, disputes, misconduct and policy breaches
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners to resolve employee’s disciplinary issues in accordance to Hospital’s policies
  • Provide clear, comprehensive, appropriate and accurate investigation report, evidence and recommendations to the Board of Inquiry
  • Maintain database of ER cases
  • Engage Union pro-actively and maintain cordial relationship
  • Perform other adhoc duties as assigned

Additional Information:

  • Bachelor degree in human resource management or related-field
  • Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in Employee Relations
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act
