Design and Technology Teacher
Your new school
You will be working in a well-renowned school in Manchester teaching Design and Technology specialising in Construction and Engineering to KS3 & KS4 pupils. The School boasts an encouraging and inspiring senior leadership team who are supportive of all staff.
Your new role
You will be teaching KS3 Construction and BTEC Construction across a range of student abilities. You will be working Monday-Friday on a long-term supply basis, starting January 2022 until at least Easter 2022. You will be responsible for ensuring the students feel supported, are progressing well, and are maintaining a positive attitude towards the subject.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to hold QTS/QTLS and have sound subject knowledge in Design and Technology / Construction, with experience in teaching the UK curriculum up to KS4. You will need to be able to plan and deliver lessons that engage and motivate students.
