This is an amazing opportunity for you to be part of a future minded not for profit organisation who is focused on creating a stronger more connected community. This position is based in Joondalup with free secure staff parking. Working Monday to Friday of rostered hours between 6am – 6pm.

You will genuinely enjoy talking to people and really listening to their needs to ensure that our diverse client base receives the very best service and experience in their interactions with us.
This isn’t your typical customer service role. If you are passionate about connecting with clients and would get satisfaction from helping people maintain independence at home, access social support in the community or to achieve their own personal goals. And if you have previous customer service experience and can navigate new technology and systems, we would love to hear from you.
