Job Description
Business Development Manager
- Acquire new customers to achieve the given targets/RRWA
- Ensure proper and timely review of loans to maintain good asset quality
- Actively grow share of wallet and cross-sell other bank products
Loan Evaluation
- Consolidate loan requests from customers and evaluate viability of the loan business.
Loan Application Outcome Follow-up
- Update customers on their loan application status.
- Follow up with necessary documentation process.
Relationship Marketing
- Increase engagement with customers through regular visits
- Provide prompt services to achieve loan growth and increase revenue.
General Services
- Facilitates account opening, FD placements and quoting rates.
