Business Development Manager / Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking


Job Description

Business Development Manager     

  • Acquire new customers to achieve the given targets/RRWA
  • Ensure proper and timely review of loans to maintain good asset quality
  • Actively grow share of wallet and cross-sell other bank products

Loan Evaluation

  • Consolidate loan requests from customers and evaluate viability of the loan business.

Loan Application Outcome Follow-up

  • Update customers on their loan application status.
  • Follow up with necessary documentation process.

Relationship Marketing

  •  Increase engagement with customers through regular visits
  • Provide prompt services to achieve loan growth and increase revenue.

General Services

  • Facilitates account opening, FD placements and quoting rates.
