Job Title: Business Coordinator – Recreation Office – Mount Sinai Hospital

The Business Coordinator performs customer service, sales, merchandising, stocking and display in the Gift Ship.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provides excellent customer service and sales for guests.
In-room delivery and point of sale transactions.
Accurately process guest payments and ensures that correct accounting procedures are followed.
Assists with maintaining facilities remain clean, organized, and stocked.
Ensures proper opening, closing, and security procedures are followed.
Delivery of inventory to and from Mailroom and storage location.

Requirements:

Associates degree preferred
2 years related experience
