Job Title: Business Coordinator – Recreation Office – Mount Sinai Hospital

The Business Coordinator performs customer service, sales, merchandising, stocking and display in the Gift Ship.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provides excellent customer service and sales for guests.
  • In-room delivery and point of sale transactions.
  • Accurately process guest payments and ensures that correct accounting procedures are followed.
  • Assists with maintaining facilities remain clean, organized, and stocked.
  • Ensures proper opening, closing, and security procedures are followed.
  • Delivery of inventory to and from Mailroom and storage location.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • 2 years related experience
