Z Hospitality Group is currently accepting full-time Bar Manager applications available at high-volume restaurants in Danbury, CT, Greenwich, CT, and Rye, NY.
Experience:
Bartending: 2 years (Required)
Serving: 2 years (Preferred)
Restaurant: 1 year (Required)
Bartender Job Responsibilities:
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers
• Ensuring consistent, high-quality beverages are served to customers
• Dealing with customer feedback and providing adequate solutions to customer complaints
• Creating a positive work environment for staff and encouraging their career development
• Monitoring inventory of beverages to ensure adequate stock
• Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.
• Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes.
• Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotating all beverage items.
• Coordinates daily supply inventory for bar and submit orders to supervisor; assists with receipt of deliveries.
• Ensures smooth operation of bar services during the absence of supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
