SPG is an Independent Real Estate Company looking for an enthusiastic person to join our highly motivated and energetic team.
We pride ourselves on our team culture and we are looking for the right person to join our team, This role is Monday – Friday leaving you the weekends to enjoy.
We have a large team to support you, our properties are predominantly new builds.
We have a dedicated maintenance team
Our properties are on the Central Coast, Hunter Region and Newcastle.
The successful Candidate will:
Have Property Manager Experience,
must have Assistant Agent Certificate or Licence.
Have a reliable Car and current drivers licence.
Excellent time Management skills and be able to multi task.
A great sense of humour..
Experience with Property Me and Inspection Manager
Have exceptional Communication skills.
Have a positive attitude.
Highly motivated.
Be able to resolve conflict
Have strong attention to detail.
Successful Candidate will enjoy;
