Job Description

Experience in baking cakes and pastries. Able to work independently. Bread baking experience an added advantage.

– Prepare, bake and decorate cake

– Preparing ingredients and handling baking and other kitchen equipment.

– Adheres to safety and health regulations.

– Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.

– Ordering new supplies, ingredients, co-ordination with supplier, when needed, and within budget.

– Co-ordinate with staff when needed.

– Communication with customers to ensure their orders are properly taken up and follow up.

– Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

Requirements:

– 1-2 years experience of bakery culinary will be preferred

– Able to work on weekends and public holidays-
