An opportunity has arisen for a bright, motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join the dynamic and successful team at Ray White Preston.
Our mission is to deliver an experience which exceeds the expectations of our clients – this starts with Reception and Administration.
In this role you will be required to:
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Answer calls, respond to emails, handle daily mail
- Deal with customer enquiries
- Provide extensive administrative support
- Be proficient with Gmail Suite, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Data entry and management
- Source and create content for various departments within the business
- Manage social media campaigns

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
