Admin Coordinator
Job Description
- Handling the main administration duties within the office with the guidance of the head of administration.
- Handling all the governmental online portals entries ex: (ASHAL, MOI.. etc)
- Maintain office filings hardcopies – softcopies.
- Tracking the department petty cash expenses
Skills
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word)
- Good knowledge of online websites for ministries
- Good knowledge of the online system for booking appointments in ministries
- Experience in organizing company files and archive
- Familiar with other administrative affairs tasks
- Should be able to join immediately
- Should be flexible, open to learn, and organized
