Job Description

Full set of accounting (AR and AP)
Prepare monthly closing, financial statements and management reports timely and accurately
Ensure all bank reconciliations are being completed accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in year-end audit and tax return preparation
Maintain fixed assets recording and filing
Prepare and submit quarterly GST reporting
Maintenance of Accounting system
Ensure AR are timely received
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement

High integrity and ethics
Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
Proficient in Singapore financial regulations and taxation
Dynamic individual with interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and good organizational and time management skills
Meticulous and able to work under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills

Working hours

5.5 days work week
Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm
