DESCRIPTION

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at Frontrunner, you will be responsible for helping us grow a diverse, well-rounded and high functioning team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to the Head of Operations to strategically plan our growing staffing needs company wide
Source candidates through various platforms
Manage the hiring process and candidate pipeline
Schedule all interviews for hiring managers and stakeholders
Manage our internal ATS system (Greenhouse)
Collect feedback from candidates and make necessary adjustments to our process
Expertly convey the brand story and company culture to candidates

2+ years of experience as a recruiter
Experience recruiting for software engineers
Passion for growing a team and contributing to building a company culture of which we can all be proud.
