Systems Engineer

The role suits a skilled system engineer who loves problem solving and improving systems with experience of project rollouts

Systems Engineer is currently required for a 6 months contract with option to extend to. be responsible for evaluating and designing solutions and implementing innovative systems.

You will also undertake project-scoping, design, planning of systems, deployment, and testing of new technology and transition to support documentation. Incident and problem management support for day-to-day operation of systems and mentoring other ITS team members.

To be successful in this position you will be an experienced Systems Engineer who has solid experience in the following:

o Microsoft Server 2008-16 systems including Active Directory / and main infrastructure components such as GPO, File/Print, DHCP, DNS, IIS

o VMWare vSphere o SAN storage

o Dell servers, Open Manage / iDRAC o Citrix

o Veeam Backup

o Office 365 Hybrid and Exchange Online o PowerShell

o Exchange 2010+

o Trend Micro Office Scan / Enterprise Grade Anti-Virus product

Infrastructure Monitoring Systems. Good working knowledge of basic networking principles

Excellent communication and problem solving skills are also a requirement.
