Job Description

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Checking on shipping documents and invoices
Input all details into internal system upon receiving the shipping documents
Daily coordination and documents control for operations
Audit, review, evaluate and rate performance of vendors
Provide customer service support by liaising with different vendors directly to trace and follow up on customers’ orders
Work closely with Operations team and plan for delivery schedule
Generate ‘on-time’ and ‘delayed’ deliveries reports on a regular basis
Update import and export restrictions for each country
Actively explore and implement different delivery methods across various markets (e.g. drop-ship, local fulfillment)
Partner with vendors to offer different options and rates for returns of products
Partner with vendors to offer different options and rates for returns of products
Monitor rates, delivery schedules and internal service level agreement (SLA) from courier companies, carriers and forwarders (both Singapore and International)

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferable with at least 1 years’ experience in large retailer in E-Commerce industry/ Sales/ Operations or Business Processes
Diploma in any discipline / Ecommerce preferred
Experience in Qlik View / Concur / Microsoft Excel
Team Player with positive learning attitude
Able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
