Job Description

• Responsible for generation of reports and key performance indicators of Aftersales to facilitate operational and strategic planning• Administrate aftersales development activities such as campaigns and projects to achieve departmental and company’s objectives.• Responsible for preparation of presentation material for Management.• Develop and/ support Aftersales marketing plans and strategies, effective execution of Aftersales campaigns, Life cycle management and value service initiatives.• Drive Innovation and Digitalization in Aftersales Business with a view to improve customer experience and market penetration.• Responsible for managing the Aftersales Development activities to perform field research, data gathering, input and analysis.• Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of Aftersales marketing campaign• Responsible for undertaking projects, including but not limited to procurement.• Develop creative strategies and marketing plans to improve sales of existing products / services and/or to source for suitable new products / services. • Engage in projects to open new opportunities and revenue streams for Aftersales• Ensure that marketing collaterals and communications adhere to management, Principal and government bodies guidelines and requirements.Job Requirements• Minimum Degree in Marketing or Business Administration • Preferably with 5 years of relevant marketing experiences especially for aftersales market
