Job Description

Handle hotel operations mainly reservation, reception, revenue, and housekeeping management.
Updating reservations, replying email, follow-up prepayment and special requests.
Register guests for check-in, collect payment, assign an appropriate room and handle guests’ requests during their stay.
Control online allotment and rates, perform inventory closeout when necessary.
Plan housekeeping schedules, room assignment, random check to ensure cleaning standard is met.
Plan and forecast based on business volume and ensure operational efficiency.
Coordinate with M&E to block rooms for preventative maintenance.
Rotating shift to cover 24hrs operation.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years hotel experience.
Basic revenue management knowledge is essential.
Independent and able to quickly adapt to changes.
Choice of 5/5.5/6 days with different salary ranges.
Permanent night shift available.
Part-time post is available.

To strengthen and develop its hospitality arm, in 2013, the company started managing Radius International Hotel which has 456 rooms in the prime shopping district of Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was later renamed “Hotel Soleil”. Hotel Soleil is currently undergoing upgrading works to enhance comfort and improve its overall guest experience. In Thailand, the company is managing the development of a hotel resort in the tourist bustling Nimman zone of Chiang Mai. The 4-star hotel, Stay with Nimman, is currently near completion and will consist of 131 rooms. It is expected to be completed by December 2017. Overall, the company is committed to growing its commercial/hospitality portfolio in key cities within the surrounding Southeast Asian countries.
