Employment: Full Time

An opportunity to join an international Facilities Management company working on a large project in the Eastern Province of KSA. The successful candidate will join the team on site and assist senior management in the production of documents/presentations. Applicants should be an expert user of Office 365 including word, sharepoint, powerpoint, powerbi etc. Your role will include training staff of the use of this software as well as assisting them in putting presentations together. The successful candidate should therefore have excellent communication/ training skills as well as the expert technical knowledge.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria
•A degree or diploma in Business Admin or similar
•A proven track record of using office 365 to an expert level
Able to create professional presentations
Able to train people in the use of Office 365 in putting together presentations
•Experience within the FM or construction industry would be beneficial
•Able to use Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Powerbi etc
•Excellent organisational skills
